- JEE Main 2026 Results: 26 Students Score 100 Percentile; 5 Each From Andhra & Telangana

National Testing Agency (NTA) on Monday declared the results of the second session of JEE Main 2026. This time 26 students have achieved 100 percentile score. Last year in 2025 this number was 24. 10 lakh students took the exam from 2 to 8 April.
Among those who got 100 percentile score, maximum 5-5 students are from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. After this, 4 students are included from Rajasthan, 3 from Delhi and 2 each from Maharashtra and Haryana. Whereas one student each from Chandigarh, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Odisha and Gujarat has achieved this feat.
NTA said that this score is not the same as percentage marks, rather it is a normalized score. This score is prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates who appeared for the exam in different shifts.
13 lakhs took the exam in the first session also
NTA had conducted JEE Main session 1 exam from 21 to 29 January. More than 13 lakh students had participated in it. Students can check the result by visiting the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Students who participated in the examination can download the scorecard by entering the application number, password.
