The 2026 Ballon d’Or event is set to be held in London, United Kingdom, as a tribute to Englishman Stanley Matthews, the first-ever winner of the prestigious award, seven decades ago.
The ceremony, which has been held at the Theatre du Chatelet in Paris since 2019, and at various venues across Paris, including the Grand Palais and the Eiffel Tower, will make its London debut on 26 October 2026.
