The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has begun the online registration for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) for November 2025 session. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can register by visiting the official website: icsi.edu. The last date to apply is October 15, 2025.
The ICSI CSEET 2025 is set to be conducted on November 8. The application fee for the CSEET is Rs 2,000, which must be paid at the time of application submission.
ICSI CSEET November 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have completed or are currently appearing for their Class 12 final examination, as well as undergraduate students, are eligible to apply for the CSEET.

–Signature of the candidate
–Date of birth certificate (class 10 pass certificate)
–Admit card or hall ticket for class 12 examinations (if currently appearing)
–Class 12 pass certificate or mark sheet

Identity proof (Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, PAN card, driving license, or ration card)

ICSI CSEET November 2025: Exam Pattern
The CSEET will be conducted online in a remotely proctored format, allowing candidates to take the test from home or any location of their choice. The examination will last for two hours (120 minutes), and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The test will cover four subjects including Business Communication, Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, Economic and Business Environment, Current Affairs and Quantitative Aptitude. Each section will feature 50 marks.
To qualify for admission to the CS Executive course entrance examination, candidates must secure an overall score of 50% or higher, along with a minimum of 40% in each individual paper.
