ICSI CS December 2025: According to the official notice, the exams will take place from December 22 to 29, 2025.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced released the Company Secretary (CS) December 2025 exam schedule. The online application process will begin on August 26 and will conclude on September 25, 2025. Those who miss this deadline can still apply by paying a late fee from September 26 to October 10, 2025.

Students who are interested and eligible can register themselves and check the detailed notification for the exam by visiting the official website at icsi.edu. According to the official notice, the CS December 2025 exams will take place from December 22 to 29, 2025. Applicants have the option to write the exam in either English or Hindi.

ICSI CS December 2025 Exam: Eligibility Criteria

For the Executive Programme, students must pass the Online Pre-Examination Test and ODOP/TDOP (depending on the registration period).

For the Professional Programme, the Online Pre-Examination Test is also mandatory before enrollment.

ICSI CS December 2025 Exam: Exam Fees

Executive Programme: Rs 1,500 per group

Professional Programme: Rs 1,800 per group

Late Fee: Rs 250 (fixed)

Change of centre/group/medium/optional subject: Rs 250 per change

Adding an extra group: Rs 250

Dubai exam centre surcharge: USD 100 (or equivalent in INR)

ICSI CS December 2025 Exam: How To Apply

Step 1: Visit the official website of ICSI — icsi.edu

Step 2: Enter your login details such as your registration number and password.

Step 3: Select the module you want to apply for.

Step 4: Click on the registration link.

Step 5: Register yourself and fill out the ICSI CS December exam enrolment form.

Step 6: Pay the application fee.

Step 7: Review your details and click on submit.

Step 8: Download and take a print out for future use.

The ICSI is a statutory body under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs that conducts the CS exam to train and certify Company Secretaries who assist companies and government agencies with corporate governance, law, and secretarial practices.
