IBPS RRB Registration 2025: IBPS has released the RRB Notification for Officer Scale I, II, III, and Office Assistant posts. The registration window is open till September 21.
IBPS RRB 2025 notification has been released and the registration link is now active at ibps.in.
IBPS RRB Notification 2025 Out: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has started the online registration process for the Regional Rural Bank (RRB) Recruitment 2025 under the Common Recruitment Process (IBPS CRP RRB XIV). Interested candidates can applyt online on the official website at ibps.in. The registration window will close on September 21, 2025.
The recruitment drive is being conducted for Group A (Officer Scale I, II, and III) and Group B (Office Assistant – Multipurpose) positions across participating Regional Rural Banks. According to the official notification, details on the total number of vacancies will be shared later.
IBPS RRB Exam Schedule
The Pre-Exam Training (PET) will be conducted in November 2025. The preliminary exams for IBPS RRB will also be held in November–December 2025, with results expected in January 2026. Candidates who qualify prelims will proceed to the mains examination in February 2026.
“The interviews for recruitment of Group ‘A’- Officers (Scale-I, II & III) under the same process will be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the assistance of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority and are tentatively scheduled in the month of January/ February 2026,” the official IBPS RRB 2025 notification read.
IBPS RRB Eligibility Criteria
Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager): Age 18–30 years. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy. Local language proficiency and computer knowledge are mandatory. Two years of relevant work experience is also required.
Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer – Manager): Age 21–32 years. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks. Preference for specialisations as above.
Officer Scale II (Specialist Officer – Manager): For IT Officer, a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, or IT with 50% marks, along with certifications in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, or OCP. For Chartered Accountants, ICAI certification is required. For Law Officers, an LLB with at least 50% marks is mandatory.
Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): Age 21–40 years. Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks; preference for specified disciplines. A minimum of five years of work experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution is required.
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, knowledge of the local language, and working knowledge of computers are essential.
Selection Process
Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Candidates will appear for the preliminary exam followed by the mains exam. Final allotment will be based on performance in the mains exam.
Officer Scale I: Candidates must qualify in prelims and mains before being called for interviews.
Officer Scale II & III: Candidates will sit for a single online exam, after which shortlisted candidates will be called for a common interview.

For SC/ST/PwBD candidates: Rs 175 (inclusive of GST)
For all other candidates: Rs 850 (inclusive of GST)
