As India goes in search of realising their Olympic dream, of being able to organise the quadrennial showpiece on home soil in the year 2036, the nation has picked up the right to hold a multitude of events including the prestigious World Indoor Athletics Championship, the Commonwealth Games and the ICC ODI World Cup and the Champions Trophy.
