The National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) released the result of the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) for June 2025 on August 14. Now the board has issued the scorecards. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results on the official websites, natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in using their roll number and application number.
The scorecard will be available for download for six months from the release date, states the official notice. The FMGE June 2025 exam was conducted on July 26. The board had earlier announced that the results for five candidates have been withheld pending clarification from the National Medical Commission or the Examination Code of Conduct Committee.
To qualify for FMGE, candidates must achieve the minimum required marks. The exam typically consists of two papers, each worth 300 marks, and candidates must score at least 150 marks to pass. It is a computer-based test with questions from various medical science subjects.
According to the results, the pass percentage for FMGE June 2025 is 18.61 per cent. Out of the 37,207 applications received, 36,034 candidates appeared for the exam, with only 6,707 passing, resulting in a pass rate of approximately 18.61 per cent.
FMGE June 2025 Scorecard: How To Download?
Step 1: Open the official website of NBEMS — natboard.edu.in.
Step 2: Click on the FMGE result notification link under the notification section.
Step 3: Select the FMGE June 2025 result option. Enter the required credentials.
Step 4: A PDF file will open on the screen containing the result of the candidate.
Step 5: Download and keep a print out for future reference.
“Candidates declared qualified in FMGE June 2025 are hereby apprised that FMGE Pass Certificates shall be distributed “In-Person” after identity and credential verification, schedule for which shall be notified separately on NBEMS website. The result for FMGE June 2025 declared herewith is subject to in-person verification of identity and credentials,” the official notice by NBEMS added.
