Flat trading in stock market: Sensex trading at 82,650 and 25,300, IT and banking stocks decline

The stock market is witnessing flat trading today i.e. on September 3. The Sensex is trading at the level of 82,650 and 25,300. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 16 are up and 14 are down. Earlier yesterday i.e. on September 2, the market had reached an all-time high. The Sensex had made an all-time high of 82,725 and the Nifty had made an all-time high of 25,333.

Mixed business for Asian markets

  • Mixed trading is being seen in the Asian market today. Japan’s Nikkei index is up by 0.22%. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng is down by 0.35% and China’s Shanghai Composite is down by 0.51%.
  • Infosys, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finance, TCS, Airtel, HCL Tech and Bajaj Finserv are dragging the market down. HDFC Bank, ITC, Sun Pharma, Reliance, Power Grid and M&M are dragging the market down.

Bajaj Housing Finance’s price band has been fixed

Yesterday the market made an all time high
Earlier yesterday, on September 2, the Sensex had made an all-time high of 82,725 and the Nifty of 25,333. However, after this the Sensex came down a bit and closed at 82,559 with a gain of 194 points. Nifty also rose by 42 points, it closed at 25,278.
