The window for making any kind of correction in the CSIR NET June 2025 application form will be open from June 28 to 29 up till 11:59 pm.

The National Testing Agency or NTA has extended the deadline to apply for the Joint CSIR UGC NET June exam. Candidates who haven’t yet applied for the CSIR NET June 2025 exam can complete the application form by visiting csirnet.nta.ac.in. The registration window will remain open until June 26, 2025, with the last date to pay the fee being June 27, 2025.
The correction window for the CSIR NET June 2025 application form will be open from June 28 to 29 until 11:59 pm. No second opportunity for corrections will be provided after this period. Candidates are advised to adhere to the NTA schedule; otherwise, they will miss this year’s exam. There will be no extension beyond June 27 to submit the examination fee.
CSIR NET June 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates can apply if they have completed a postgraduate degree or a four-year undergraduate course.
Age Limit: JRF candidates must be under 30 years of age. The upper age limit can be extended by up to 5 years for SC, ST, Third Gender, PWD, and Women candidates, and by up to three years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates. There is no upper age limit for applying for the Lectureship (LS) or Assistant Professor post.
CSIR NET June 2025: Category-wise Exam Fees
General Category – Rs 1150
EWS Category, OBC Category – Rs 600
SC/ST/Divyang – Rs 325
Fees can be paid through online mode using net banking, debit or credit card or UPI. A candidate can fill only one application form. If a candidate submits more than one application form, then none of his/her application forms will be valid.
If candidates face any problem while applying, they can call the helpline desk 011-69227700 or 011-40759000. Apart from this, candidates can also complain in writing to NTA’s email ID csirnet@nta.ac.in.
NTA CSIR UGC NET June 2025 exam will be held on July 26, 27 and 28. This exam will be in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode. Candidates will be given three hours to write the exam. This exam is conducted twice a year.
