In the absence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak held a meeting in Lucknow. The state president and organization secretary were also present in this meeting. It is being told that due to the schedule fixed in Azamgarh and Varanasi, the Chief Minister did not attend the meeting and four senior officials held the meeting without him.
By-elections are to be held on ten assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh. Before this, there is a stir in the state unit of BJP. Recently, some internal disputes also came to the fore, after which Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya had to come to Delhi.

The Deputy CM then met BJP President JP Nadda. Then sources had expressed the possibility of some changes in the Yogi cabinet. However, the source had ruled out the possibility of any change in the post of Chief Minister.
The meeting lasted more than an hour
On Monday, a meeting was held between UP’s two deputy chief ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak with state president Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary and organisation secretary at the party headquarters here, but they refused to say anything. It is being said that the meeting lasted for more than an hour.
Deputy CM’s question to CM Yogi’s department
Senior BJP leader and Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, who is considered dissatisfied, also attacked the Uttar Pradesh government. He has asked CM Yogi’s department whether reservation rules were followed in the recruitments made through outsourcing or not.

However, Deputy CM Maurya had written a letter in August last year seeking information related to outsourcing and contracts. However, the central leadership and state leadership of BJP are trying to end the dispute that started after the party’s poor performance in the Lok Sabha elections.
