CBSE Board Class 12 Result 2026 Date Time Live: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) usually announces Class 12 results in the second or third week of May. This means, the results are expected to be declared between May 10 and May 15. The board will activate the result link on its official websites, results.cbse.nic.in and cbse.gov.in. Students can also check the CBSE Class 12 Result 2026 on the DigiLocker app and website, digilocker.gov.in. It will also be available through SMS facility, IVRS and UMANG apps.
According to CBSE rules, students must score at least 33 per cent in each subject to pass Class 12. Where practical exams are applicable, students must pass both theory and practical components separately. In addition, a grade above āEā in all subjects is compulsory. Students who fail in one or two subjects will be given a chance to appear for compartment exams.
If a student is not satisfied with their marks, they may apply for verification, rechecking, or re-evaluation of their answer sheet. The board will announce the detailed process, important dates, and application guidelines after the declaration of results.
