CBSE Class 10 Second Board Result 2026 Live: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the Class 10 second board exam results for 2026 soon. Students can check their scores on official websites — cbse.gov.in, results.digilocker.gov.in, umang.gov.in, and cbse.nic.in, once out. It can also be accessed at DigiLocker and UMANG apps. To check their results, students should keep their admit cards ready.
This year, around 6.7 lakh students applied for the second board exams. Of these, about 5.25 lakh students appeared for improvement exams, while over 85,000 students took the exam under the compartment category. Students who pass the Class 10 exam will be able to move to Class 11.
Earlier, CBSE had announced the main Class 10 results on April 15, 2026, with an overall pass percentage of 93.70%. Girls performed better than boys, recording a pass percentage of 94.99%, while boys had 92.69%. Among regions, Trivandrum and Vijayawada performed the best, both achieving a pass percentage of 99.79%. Chennai followed closely with 99.58%, continuing its strong performance in CBSE results.
