In Ward No. 90 (H/East), Santa Cruz, Congress candidate Advocate Tulip Brian Miranda defeated BJP candidate Jyoti Anil Upadhyay by just 7 votes. Snehita Sandesh Dehlikar of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) had to face a crushing defeat. Yogita Koli won by a huge margin of 21,717 votes, which is being counted among the biggest victories of this election.
