Apple’s office will be on the 5th to 13th floor of Embassy Zenith Building on Sanki Road in Vasant Nagar, Bangalore.
Smartphone giant Apple has leased about 2.7 lakh square feet of office space in Bengaluru for 10 years. The total cost of this office space is around Rs 1,010 crore, including rent, parking and maintenance. Propstack has received this information from documents.
The office of the iPhone’s manufacturer company will be on the 5th to 13th floor of Embassy Zenith Building on Sanki Road in Vasant Nagar, Bangalore. For all these floors, the company will have to pay a monthly rent of Rs 6.31 crore, which will be at the rate of Rs 235 per square feet.
Lease starts on 3 April and registered in July
The company has deposited a security deposit of Rs 31.57 crore, with an annual rent hike 4.5%. The lease began on 3 April 2025 and registered in July. Documents have shown that Apple has paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.5 crore.
Third store will open in Phoenix Mall, Bengaluru
Industry officials said that the decision is part of Apple’s expansion in India. Where the company is expanding the operation and retail presence along with the engineering teams. Apple is preparing to open its third store in Bangalore’s Phoenix Mall of Asia after opening the store in Mumbai and Delhi.
The company has leased about 8,000 square feet from Sparkle One Mall Developers for 10 years. The annual fare of which is around 2.09 crores. The lease was registered in November 2024 and the rent will start from August 2025.
