Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani addressed the 33rd Annual General Meeting.

1. Adani Defense: Anti-Dron system protected army and citizens

2. Adani Power: Target to achieve a capacity of 31 GW by 2030
The company has crossed the 100 billion units of power generation figure, which is the first time for any private company. We aim to gain a capacity of 31 GW by 2030.
3. Adani Green: Target to achieve a capacity of 50 GW by 2030
Gujarat is being built in the world’s largest renewable energy park, which will also be seen from space. The target of 50 GW is a target by 2030. Adani Green, including thermal, renewable and pumped hydro generation capabilities, is on the way to achieve a capacity of 100 GW by 2030.

4. Adani Ports: Record 450 million metric tonnes of cargo handle
Adani Ports handled a record 450 million metric tonnes of cargo and has become the center of India’s trade. With sea transport, trucking, warehousing, and even freight forwarding, we are creating future transport facilities. According to the Prime Minister’s speed power mission, our logistics resources are promoting MSME exports and reducing the obstacles to increase India’s global competition.
5. Adani Cement: Crossing the capacity of 100 million tonnes per year
Gautam Adani said- Two and a half years ago, when we bought Holsim’s India cement business, we made a big promise- to double our capacity to 140 million tonnes per year by 2027-28. Today, I am proud that we have achieved 72% of that target and have crossed 100 million tonnes per year. The truth is – we do not just make business, we make India’s abilities.
6. Adani Airports: Record 94 million passengers handled in FY25
Adani Airports also achieved great growth in FY25. We handled a record 94 million passengers. We also completed the first Test flight at Greenfield Airport in Navi Mumbai.
The airport will open at the end of this year, which will have an initial passenger capacity of 2 crores and later it will become an airport with 9 million passenger capacity, giving us 35% of India’s airport passenger traffic.
7. Adani Total Gas: Serving 10 lakh PNG customers
Adani Total Gas is now serving 1 million PNG customers and running 3,400 EV charging stations in 22 states. This is a real climate action, not just climate.
8. Dharavi Rehabilitation Project: 10 lakh people will get new houses
The work of converting Asia’s largest slum into an urban rehabilitation project has started. 10 lakh people will get new houses, schools, hospitals and parks here.

9. Adani Group Revenue: Total revenue was Rs 2,71,664 crore
Talking about the integrated data at the group level, the revenue increased by 7%, Ebitda increased by 8.2%, and our net date-to-Ebitda ratio was healthy at 2.6X. The total revenue was Rs 2,71,664 crore, and our adjusted Ebitda was Rs 89,806 crore.
10. Social work: World Class Skill University in Mundra is becoming
Three years ago, on his 60th birthday, the Adani family pledged to donate an amount of Rs 60,000 crore for health, education and skill development. Under this, 1,000 -bed world class hospitals are being built in Ahmedabad and Mumbai.
World Class Skill University is also being built in Mundra at a cost of ₹ 2,000 crore, which will prepare the youth for the industry. In addition, in Mahakumbh 2025, the Adani Group provided free food to millions of devotees, in which 5,000 employees voluntarily participated.
