UP Girl Who Met CM Yogi Over School Admission At Janta Darshan Gets Enrolled

While speaking to the media, Vashi said, “I asked him to enrol me in school. Today, I got enrolled… I thank CM Yogi Adityanath for making it happen.”

Vashi, a young girl from Moradabad, thanks CM Yogi Adityanath after getting school admission following her request at the Janta Darshan in Lucknow.

A young girl named Vashi, who had attended Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s ‘Janta Darshan’ in Lucknow to seek assistance for school admission, has now been successfully enrolled. Expressing her gratitude, Vashi thanked the Chief Minister for fulfilling her wish. While speaking to the media, she shared, “I asked him to enrol me in a school. Today, I got enrolled… I want to thank him (CM Yogi Adityanath) for this.”

The ‘Janta Darshan’ was held in Lucknow on Monday, June 23. During the event, Vashi approached the Chief Minister and requested his help in getting admitted to a school. CM Yogi Adityanath interacted with her, asking which class and school she wished to join. He then instructed officials to ensure her admission into the school of her choice, news agency ANI reported.

Narrating her experience, Vashi said, “I met Yogi ji and asked him to help me get enrolled in school. He said he would take care of it.” She added, “I have come from Moradabad. He also gave me a biscuit and chocolate.”

Since assuming office, CM Yogi Adityanath has regularly conducted ‘Janta Darshan’ programmes, where he listens to public grievances and ensures timely solutions.

Separately, on Tuesday, the Chief Minister inspected the under-construction hostel at Maharishi Vishwamitra Autonomous Medical College in Ghazipur. Following the visit, he told reporters, “The Purvanchal Expressway and Maharishi Vishwamitra Medical College have become key identifiers of this district. Today, I inspected the upcoming nursing college. Projects worth ₹1,100 crore have either been sanctioned or are in progress.”

On the same day, CM Yogi also participated in the 25th meeting of the Central Zonal Council in Varanasi, chaired by Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah. In a post on X, he wrote, “Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji has described ‘cooperative and competitive federalism’ as a powerful medium for holistic national development. In this spirit, I attended the 25th meeting of the Central Zonal Council today, chaired by Hon’ble Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri @AmitShah ji.”
