Delhi Coaching Centre Incident: Rao Coaching Centre located in Rajendra Nagar, Delhi is in the headlines after three students died due to waterlogging in the basement. The coaching center was using the basement as a library, while the Municipal Corporation had allowed it to be used as a store or parking. Rao IAS Study Circle Center of Rajendra Nagar received a no objection certificate from the Delhi Municipal Corporation in August 2021. NDTV has a copy of it. This certificate states that the basement is for parking use and store.
