A video of Salman Khan’s stepmother Helen has surfaced, in which she was seen doing workouts at the age of 86. Not only this, she also danced to the song Monica O My Darling. She has commented on her video from Malaika Arora to Bipasha Basu and praised her fiercely.
Fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala shared Helen’s video on Instagram. In this video, Helen is seen jumping happily on the trampoline and says, “I am an 85 year old girl and all this is due to Pilate’s.”
