The fourth phase of restrictions under the Phased Response Action Plan (GRAP) will come into force in Delhi and National Capital Region (Delhi NCR) from 8 am on Monday. The Sub-Committee of the Commission on Air Quality Management (CAQM) has implemented Phase-IV of the revised GRAP in the entire NCR. This will come into effect tomorrow, November 18, from 8 am. Under this, there will be a ban on entry of other heavy vehicles in Delhi except trucks carrying essential commodities. LNG, CNG, electric, BS-4 diesel trucks will be allowed to enter.
