People’s pagers exploded simultaneously at many places in Lebanon. Thousands of people were injured in this.
There have been serial blasts in the pagers (communication devices) of Hezbollah members in Lebanon. According to media reports, 8 people have died in the blast. The dead include 2 Hezbollah members and 1 girl. More than 2750 people have been injured, out of which 200 are in critical condition.

Lebanon’s Health Minister Firas Abiad has confirmed that hundreds of people have been injured in the blasts across the country. According to Abiad, most of the people have suffered injuries in their hands.
The Health Ministry has asked all hospitals to be on high alert. Health workers have been asked to immediately go to their hospitals for help.
