Bollywood actor Raza Murad has revealed that film maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali shouted at Ranveer, Deepika and Priyanka.

In an interview given to Vicky Lalwani, he expressed his views on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s anger on the sets and his style of working.

Raza Murad said that Bhansali’s anger is work related. He has shouted not only at the assistants on the set but also at the big stars.

Along with this, he compared Bhansali with Raj Kapoor and described both of them as hard workers and perfectionists.

You get angry when you don’t understand your work.

Raza Murad told that Sanjay Leela Bhansali has not been angry since the beginning. When a person is unable to understand their thoughts or words continuously, then their temper rises.

This anger does not come because of enmity with anyone or personal grudge, but because the work is not done properly. He told that Bhansali is only concerned about his work on the set and he wants that the scene which he has thought should come on screen exactly the same.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali has worked with Deepika, Priyanka and Ranveer in Bajirao Mastani and Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram-Leela.

Bhansali has also shouted at big stars

When Raza Murad was asked in the interview whether he had seen Bhansali getting angry at big stars, he confirmed it. He said that he himself has seen Bhansali shouting at big actors like Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra.

Whatever Bhansali wants, he achieves it at any cost. Raza Murad himself has worked with Bhansali in superhit films like ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela’, ‘Bajirao Mastani’, ‘Padmavat’ and ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’.

In an interview, Ranveer had revealed that Priyanka started crying due to Bhansali’s scolding.

Raj Kapoor and Bhansali both perfectionists

Raza Murad compared Bhansali’s working style to that of Raj Kapoor. He has worked with Raj Kapoor in ‘Prem Rog’, ‘Ram Teri Ganga Maili’ and ‘Hina’. Raza Murad said that both the veteran directors are perfectionists.

For both, time, shifts, money, set expenses and artist dates did not matter. He didn’t care if the work of 4 days was completed in 8 days, just the scene should be right. Both of them used to come to the set only with the intention of working.

In the interview, Raza Murad compared Bhansali’s working style to that of Raj Kapoor.

Bhansali’s ‘Love and War’ will be released in 2027

These days Sanjay Leela Bhansali is busy in the post-production of his next film ‘Love and War’. This film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal in lead roles.

Written by Bhansali and Ila Bedi Dutta, the film is a period romantic drama set against the backdrop of war. In this, Ranbir and Vicky will be seen in the role of Indian Air Force officers, between whom a love triangle will be seen regarding the character of Alia Bhatt. This film will now be released in theaters on 21 January 2027.
