Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who is staging a protest inside the Akashvani Bhavan premises along with his party members, on Tuesday indicated that he would continue the demonstration, saying, “The Constitution allows us to lodge a protest…”
The Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, who is demanding a meeting with Election Commissioners over the SIR row, indicated that he would continue the protest at the same place unless another venue was arranged for them.
“We don’t have any problem with protesting here…We will continue our protests here…If they (Delhi Police) are uncomfortable with us protesting here, they can provide us with another place to protest…The Constitution allows us to lodge a protest…,” Gandhi said.
