SRIT India IPO Listing: SRIT India shares made their stock market debut on Tuesday at Rs 148 per share on the NSE, marking a gain of Rs 18 or 13.85% over the IPO issue price of Rs 130. The listing is, however, below the earlier grey market indication of around Rs 190-191.
On the BSE, the stock settled at Rs 139.80 in the pre-open segment, which is a 7.54 per cent premium over the issue price.
The Rs 218.40-crore IPO had received a strong response from investors during the subscription period, with the issue getting subscribed 121.24 times overall. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed 91.84 times, while the non-institutional investor category was subscribed 310.94 times. The retail portion was subscribed 56.75 times.
At the debut price of Rs 148, an investor who received one lot of 115 shares would have a notional gain of Rs 2,070 over the IPO cost of Rs 14,950, based on the Rs 130 issue price.
The stock’s debut also came in below the grey market premium (GMP) indication. A GMP of around Rs 61 had suggested a potential listing price of nearly Rs 191. However, GMP is an unofficial indicator and does not necessarily translate into the actual listing price.

The Indian SaaS industry is projected to grow at a strong CAGR of 18.3% between FY 2022 and FY 2030, expanding from $13 billion to $50 billion. This rapid growth is attributed to the rising adoption of cloud-based solutions, growing digitalisation across industries, and a global shift toward scalable subscription-based software models. The key factors to track will be whether the company can sustain revenue growth, improve profitability and execute its expansion plans while maintaining healthy cash flows, he added.
“Long-term investors may continue to track the company’s IT and digital technology services business, supported by increasing demand for digital transformation and technology infrastructure,” Singh said.
