TMC MLA Kunal Ghosh in West Bengal’s Hooghly district has claimed that his car was attacked. According to Ghosh, he was going to attend Mamata Banerjee’s rally in Shrirampur on Saturday. Meanwhile, in Uttarpara, the crowd surrounded his car from all sides and threw eggs. In the video, Kunal Ghosh is seen sitting on the seat next to the driver. Some people were also sitting on the back seat, who were making a video of the incident. In the video, a crowd can be seen around the vehicle. During this time the rear glass was also attacked, due to which it broke. The crowd also raised slogans of ‘Go Back’. The video of the incident has been posted on X by the MLA’s office. Kunal Ghosh’s home and office were also attacked in August. Earlier on August 13, Kunal Ghosh’s home and office were attacked in Beleghata area of Kolkata. Some people had torn the posters and banners of Mamata Banerjee and Kunal Ghosh put up outside the office. Kunal Ghosh had termed the incident as pre-planned and alleged that people had reached his house earlier. When he was not found there, the office was attacked.
