Actress Mamta Kulkarni was seen dancing on her famous song in Jaipur. The special thing was that Mamta not only performed on the stage, but also went among the students and shook hands with them. Mamta Kulkarni had reached the finale of RFF Social Spotlight 2026 and Inter School-College Dance Competition organized at Deep Smriti Auditorium in Mansarovar on Friday as part of Rajasthan Film Festival. During this, Mamta Kulkarni danced on songs like ‘Bhangada Pale’ from the film Karan Arjun, ‘Koi Jaaye To Le Aaye’ from ‘Ghatak’, ‘Ek Munda Meri Ummar Ka’ from ‘Sabse Bada Khiladi’ and ‘Lamba-Lamba Ghunghat Kahe Ko Dala’. While talking to the students, Mamta Kulkarni said that whether it is dance or acting, it should not be done just as entertainment but as a spiritual practice. Unless an art is perfected, one should avoid presenting it on stage. He also gave an interesting advice to the students regarding life. He said that whatever has to be done, do it with today’s thinking. Giving an example, Mamta said that if someone has brought new clothes and is thinking that he will wear them on a particular day, then instead of waiting for that day, he should wear the clothes on the same day on which they are purchased. Social media creators received honor During the program, creators who made a mark in different fields through social media were honored with the RFF Social Spotlight Award. Founder Director of RFF, Sanjana Sharma said – Neha and Anshu were honored as Best Food Influencer of the Year, Somi Sharma was honored as Emerging Dance Star of the Year, Nidhi Narwal was honored as Poetry Icon of the Year and Vijay was honored as Father-Daughter Digital Duo of the Year. In this sequence, Anisha Jain of Beautiful Pink City was honored as City Influencer of the Year, Praveen Prajapat as Youth Icon in Rajasthani Folk Arts, Advocate Amrita Verma as Legal Awareness Creator of the Year, Yuvragi Rathod of The Wise Stories as Regional Storyteller of the Year and Charu Asopa as Vlogger of the Year. Programming head Anil Jain said that the categories of social media creators were decided keeping in mind their content and digital influence. The program gave a platform to creators working on different subjects like food, poetry, dance, Rajasthani folk art, legal awareness and regional stories. Students’ creativity was seen in 14 presentations. Students from three colleges and 11 schools of Jaipur participated in the finale of Inter School-College Competition. Under the competition, around 100 activities have been organized so far in schools and colleges of Jaipur. The students selected for the finale gave a total of 14 presentations on different themes related to social concerns, culture, art and creativity. Through their presentations, students presented social and cultural topics on the stage in a creative manner. Along with the presentations, the energy and enthusiasm of the students was also seen in the program. The team of Maharani College was the winner in the competition. The winning team was awarded Rs 25,000 and a trophy. Whereas the team of Kanodia College stood second, which was given Rs 5,000 and a trophy. The winners were honored by Mamta Kulkarni and guests. RFF Founder Director Sanjana Sharma and Minister of State for Revenue, Colonization and Sainik Welfare Department Vijay Singh Chaudhary and officials associated with the event were present in the program.
