This week, 6 companies are preparing to launch their Initial Public Offerings i.e. IPOs in the Indian stock market. These companies will raise a total of ₹3,825 crore from the market.
These six companies include Elevate Campus, Warmora Granito, A-One Steels India, Armi Infotech, Swastik Infra and Adroit Industries (India).
The IPOs of these companies will open for subscription between September 22 and September 28, of which most of the issues will open on September 23.
According to the company promoters, the IPO proceeds will be used for capital expenditure (capex), business expansion, debt repayment, working capital needs and other corporate purposes.
Details of 6 IPOs coming this week
1. Elevate Campus: The IPO of Elevate Campus, invested by Hillhouse Investments, is the biggest issue of this week. This ₹2,100 crore IPO will open on September 23 and close on September 25. The company has fixed the price band of ₹ 343-362 per share for this.
The entire issue is a fresh issue and there is no offer-for-sale (OFS) component. The listing of the shares is expected to take place on September 30.
2. Warmora Granito: The company’s ₹708 crore IPO will be open from September 22 to September 24. For this, the price band has been fixed at ₹ 140-148 per share.
The issue includes a fresh issue of up to ₹320 crore and an OFS of 2.62 crore shares worth ₹388 crore from investor Katsura Investments.
3. A-One Steels India: This company will try to raise ₹405 crore through its IPO. Its issue will open on 24th September and close on 28th September.
The company has fixed the price band of ₹385-405 per share. This includes fresh issue of ₹355 crore and OFS of promoters up to ₹50 crore.
4. Arami Infotech: Armi Infotech will launch its ₹300 crore IPO between September 23 and September 25. Its price band has been kept at ₹350-375 per share and this entire issue is a fresh issue of new equity shares.
5. Swastik Infra: Swastik Infra, an EPC solutions provider company involved in power distribution and infrastructure projects, will raise ₹161 crore from the IPO. The issue will be open from September 23 to September 25, with a price band of ₹175-185 per share.
6. Adroit Industries India: The company’s ₹151 crore IPO will be available for subscription from September 23 to September 25. The company has fixed the price band of ₹ 126-134 per share for this.
17 IPOs have come so far in September
- The beginning of September was also very busy ahead of the IPO coming next week. So far 17 public issues have come this month.
- Whereas NSE’s Mega IPO and the issue of textile manufacturer Sona Selection India are currently open for subscription.
- With these 6 new IPOs, the total number of companies entering the market in the year 2026 will reach 87. This includes 23 IPOs that came in the month of August.
What is OFS and fresh issue?
- Fresh issue: In this the company issues new shares. The money received from this goes directly into the company’s account, which is used to expand the business or repay the loan.
- Offer for Sale (OFS): In this, the old shareholders or promoters of the company sell their shares. The amount received from this goes directly to those shareholders and not to the company.
