The song chosen for each picture seemed to be related to the occasion. Anwar Ibrahim included the song ‘Tujhe Dekha To Yeh Jaana Sanam’ from Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol’s film ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ on his reel with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders.

27 lakh people of Indian origin in Malaysia, Bollywood and Tamil movies are popular

According to the Ministry of External Affairs, there are about 27.5 lakh people of Indian origin in Malaysia, which is about 9% of the country’s population. Of these, about 20 lakh people speak Tamil. Bollywood and Tamil movies are watched a lot here.

Anwar Ibrahim is the 10th Prime Minister of Malaysia. He assumed charge on 24 November 2022. Earlier, he had become the 7th Deputy PM of Malaysia in 1993.

He was jailed in April 1999 on corruption and homosexuality charges and was released in 2004 after his conviction was overturned.
