After rain in Supaul, Bihar, NH-27 and NH-106 in Raghopur were flooded with 2 feet water. A population of about 44 lakh in 2,360 villages in 14 districts is still surrounded by flood water. At the same time, 8 rivers of the state are flowing above the danger mark. Rainy season continues in Madhya Pradesh. There is an alert of heavy rain in 7 districts of the state. Rain was recorded in 42 districts in the last 24 hours. Heavy rain occurred in many districts including Indore, Dhar, Jhabua, Alirajpur, Barwani and Khargone.
