Rahul says that he will win the fight to unite India against hatred.
Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi has targeted the BJP government on the incidents of mob lynching in Haryana and Maharashtra. He said that the miscreants have got a free hand from the BJP government, that is why they have such courage. Continuous attacks are going on on minorities and especially Muslims and the government machinery is watching as a mute spectator.
Rahul further said that no matter how much effort the BJP makes, we will win the fight to unite India against hatred.
Rahul said- BJP is creating an atmosphere of fear in the country
Rahul says that the BJP party is climbing the ladder of power by using hatred as a political weapon and is creating an atmosphere of fear in the country. Criminals in the form of mobs are openly spreading violence and they are exempted from the BJP government. Strictest action should be taken against such criminals.

Elderly man beaten up in train in Maharashtra on suspicion of carrying beef

The incident happened a few days ago in Dhule Express near Igatpuri. Its video is going viral on social media.
An incident of assault on an old man in a moving train was reported in Maharashtra. Fellow passengers accused the old man of carrying beef and slapped him and also abused him. During this, the rest of the people sitting in the train kept watching the spectacle silently.
The incident happened a few days ago in Dhule Express near Igatpuri. After the video of this incident surfaced, Thane GRP has filed an FIR against more than five passengers. AIMIM MP Imtiaz Jameel shared the video and condemned the government and the police. Read full news…
A young man was beaten to death in Haryana on suspicion of eating beef

A video of the fight surfaced on August 31, in which some people were beating some youths.
In Haryana’s Charkhi Dadri, a young man was beaten to death on suspicion of eating beef. The incident took place on August 27. Its video surfaced on Saturday (August 31).
In the video, some people are beating the youth with sticks. The police arrested 7 accused in this case on August 29, including two minors. The minors have been sent to a reform home.
CM Naib Singh Saini had said that the incident was unfortunate. He also said that people have reverence for cow. In such a situation, people should not engage in such activities which hurt people’s religious sentiments. Read full news…
Death penalty for mob lynching in new law
A separate law has been made on mob lynching in the new criminal law. Under this law, crimes causing bodily injury are mentioned in sections 100-146.
In case of mob lynching, there can be a minimum imprisonment of 7 years. There is also a provision for life imprisonment or death penalty. Apart from this, in case of murder, a case will be registered under section 103. Section 111 provides punishment for organized crime. Section 113 is called Terror Act.
