Joheirry Mola Dominguez of the Dominican Republic has been crowned Miss World 2026 in Vietnam, adding an international title to a profile that extends beyond modelling and pageantry. The 24-year-old from Santo Domingo is an educator, news correspondent, community advocate and the founder of the social initiative Voices of Tomorrow.
From Santo Domingo To The Miss World Crown
Mola represented the Distrito Nacional when she was crowned Miss World Dominican Republic in 2025. Her national victory earned her the opportunity to represent the Dominican Republic at the Miss World competition in Vietnam. At the time, the Miss World organisation described her as a 24-year-old professional model from Santo Domingo.
She holds a degree in Business Management and Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE). Alongside modelling, Mola has built a career in education and communication, working as a Literature and Social Studies teacher and as a news correspondent.
