Shahbaz government will file a review petition against the order to send Imran Khan to the hospital. Pakistan Law Minister Azam Nazir Tarar told CNN-News 18 that the government has reviewed the court order. The government believes that some parts of the order are not in accordance with existing law. Tarar said that many prisoners in Pakistan’s jails are suffering from serious diseases. If Imran is given treatment facility in a special hospital outside the jail, then the question is whether the same rule will apply to other prisoners also? The government says that generally prisoners are treated in government hospitals and under the prescribed government system.
