According to the property documents, Amitabh Bachchan has rented this place to a nutrition company named ‘Trunative’. This company has got about 8428 square feet of space for use. Along with this, special parking space for 9 vehicles has also been provided in the building for the company people. Terms and Conditions: This rent agreement was approved by the government on August 7, but the company’s rent is considered to start from August 15, 2026. There is also a condition in the agreement that the rent of this place will increase by 5% every year. That means, as years pass, the monthly rent received by Amitabh Bachchan will increase. Last year, 4 offices were given to Warner Music. Earning big money by renting out property is not a new thing for Amitabh Bachchan. Earlier in the year 2023 also, he had rented out his 4 offices in Lotus Signature Building, Mumbai to a company named Warner Music Pvt. Ltd. This deal was done in March 2024. From this deal, Amitabh Bachchan is getting a rent of ₹ 17.30 lakh every month. Under this deal, that company was also given 12 parking spaces to park its vehicles.
