Vijay Government Completes 100 Days: The government has also highlighted its Vettri Skill Training Scheme, under which 12 lakh students have received skill-development training

Vijay Govt Completes 100 Days
Tamil Nadu BJP president Nainar Nagendran launched a scathing attack at the ruling TVK government as it completes its first 100 days, sharing a graphic that labels several areas of governance as a “fail” while marking others as a “pass”.
In a post on X on Monday, Nagendran said the party that came to power promising “change” had instead given people disappointment. He shared a graphic presenting what he described as a report card of the government’s first 100 days.
The graphic marks areas including law and order, action against drugs, education, healthcare and development as “fail”. Several other areas have been marked “pass” in the BJP leader’s assessment.
“In total, the @TVKPartyHQ, which came to power by saying “change,” has gifted nothing but disappointment to the entire populace!,” he wrote, sharing the graphic on X.

Nagendran’s post comes as the Vijay-led government completes 100 days in office, with the administration highlighting its work on investment, farmer relief, skill development and welfare measures.
Vijay Government Completes 100 Days
Vijay’s Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) formed the government after winning the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly election, with Vijay taking charge as Chief Minister. The actor-turned-politician’s entry into electoral politics had marked a major shift in the state’s political landscape.
Since taking office, the government has focused on areas including employment, skill development, education, farmer welfare and attracting investments. The administration has also highlighted its efforts to expand welfare measures and improve public services.
The government has said its first 100 days have brought investment commitments of more than Rs 1 lakh crore, while initiatives such as skill training and farmer relief have also been highlighted as key achievements.
