US Iran War News LIVE Updates: US forces launched another round of strikes against Iranian military targets in the early hours of friday, marking the 13th consecutive night of operations against Iran.
CENTCOM said in a post on X that the strikes were “aimed to hold Iran accountable and diminish threats” by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to commercial shipping.
Meanwhile, Iranian state media reported explosions in several locations. The semi-official Fars news agency said multiple blasts were heard in Ahvaz, the capital of Khuzestan province. Explosions were also reported along the southern coast of Qeshm Island.
