The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has recorded a historic milestone, with the monthly sale of the sacred Srivari Laddu Prasadam peaking at an unprecedented 1,26,81,805 units in June 2026. This record-breaking surge caps off a highly successful summer season at the hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh, driven by a massive seasonal influx of pilgrims.
According to official statistics released by the temple administration, laddu sales have climbed steadily over the entire summer quarter. The temple distributed 1,11,96,170 laddus in April 2026, which then rose to 1,21,35,528 in May, before reaching the record-breaking peak in June.
The June figures reflect substantial year-on-year growth for the temple administration. Compared to the 1,19,21,353 laddus sold in June 2025, sales increased by 7,59,452 units, registering a 6.37% rise. The upward trajectory is even more pronounced when compared to June 2024’s sales of 1,02,64,364 laddus, representing an increase of 24,17,441 units and a remarkable 23.55% surge over a two-year period.
