Upcoming Dividend Stocks: Several listed companies, including Mahindra & Mahindra, Tech Mahindra, Thermax, Bharat Forge, Bajaj Finance, Shriram Finance and SKF India, are scheduled to trade ex-dividend next week, offering investors an opportunity to qualify for their announced payouts.
To receive the dividend, investors must purchase shares before the ex-dividend date and remain shareholders on the record date. The record date is used by companies to determine the eligible shareholders for dividend payments.
Mahindra Group companies dominate the list
Auto major Mahindra & Mahindra will turn ex-dividend on July 3 for a final dividend of Rs 33 per share. Mahindra Lifespace Developers will also trade ex-dividend the same day for a final dividend of Rs 3.50 per share.
Technology major Tech Mahindra has announced a final dividend of Rs 36 per share, with the stock turning ex-dividend on July 3.
Bajaj Group stocks in focus
Bajaj Finance will trade ex-dividend on June 30 for a final dividend of Rs 6 per share.
Bajaj Finserv has announced a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share, while Bajaj Holdings & Investment will go ex-dividend for both a final dividend of Rs 80 per share and a special dividend of Rs 50 per share on June 30.

Apart from dividends, a few companies have other corporate actions lined up. Kajaria Ceramics, Patel Integrated Logistics and TeamLease Services will trade ex-date for share buybacks, while Gujarat Gas has scheduled a spin-off. Kedia Construction Company will undergo a capital reduction during the week.
