This was revealed during the investigation of the seized phone of Babita Dhakad. Rajasthan ATS has extracted the records of 100 suspected terrorists of Jaish-e-Mohammed (terrorist organization) who came in contact with Babita. It is being matched with the records of the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
Official sources associated with ATS said that this is the first time that a terrorist organization of Pakistan has targeted a woman in Rajasthan. Its objective was to create a lady sleeper cell through Babita, which could be used in a major attack when the time came. Regular training was also being given for this.

370 people in friend list, mostly Pakistanis and terrorists
Babita Dhakad was caught by Rajasthan ATS from her house in Vatika, Jaipur. During that time, Babita’s mobile was confiscated first. Two SIMs were recovered from the mobile. Used to use one number to use Facebook.
Babita had deleted a lot of data related to that SIM. The team found a Facebook ID (duniya dhokhebaaz) account named Duniya Dhokhebaaz. It is alleged that Babita used to drive it. A total of 370 people were added to the friend list. Most of the accounts were operating outside Pakistan or India.
Rajasthan ATS is trying to trace all the accounts with the help of NIA. So far, 3 such accounts have been found, which are terrorists associated with Jaish-e-Mohammed organization. They have carried out many terrorist activities in the country.

1. Qari Jarar: Mastermind of attack on army camp
Qari Jarar’s name had come to light as the mastermind behind the terrorist attack on Nagrota (Jammu) army camp in November 2016. On November 29, 2016, three terrorists dressed in army uniform entered the camp of 166 Artillery Unit, Nagrota, Jammu and started firing. During this period, 7 soldiers were martyred. All three attackers were killed in retaliation by security forces. These terrorists were associated with Jaish-e-Mohammed.
Qari Jarar had done the work of supplying weapons to them and sending them to India. Qari is allegedly a senior commander of Jaish-e-Mohammed, who is an expert in converting innocent people into terrorists by luring them with his words. According to security agencies, he has been involved in infiltration, training and planning of attacks by terrorists from Pakistan.
Rajasthan ATS told that Babita was in contact with this terrorist Qari Jarar. Kari Jarar was the one training him. Some numbers were found in the contact list of Babita’s mobile. Reliable sources said that Jaish commander Qari Jarar also uses one of these numbers. Those numbers are being investigated through NIA.
2. Yusuf Azhar alias Ustad Gauri: Mastermind of Kandahar plane hijack.
The name of Yusuf Azhar alias Ustad Gauri had come up in India’s most famous Indian Airlines flight IC-814 hijacking case (Kandahar plane hijacking case). According to Indian investigative agencies, he is a relative (brother-in-law) of Maulana Masood Azhar, the founder of the banned terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed.
On 24 December 1999, Indian Airlines flight IC-814 was coming to Delhi from Kathmandu, Nepal. The plane was hijacked by 5 armed terrorists during the flight. The plane was taken to Kandahar, Afghanistan. 176 passengers and crew were held hostage for about seven days. In exchange for the release of the passengers, the Indian government had to release three terrorists Maulana Masood Azhar, Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh and Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar.
According to Indian investigating agencies, Yusuf Azhar alias Ustad Gauri is one of the accused involved in the IC-814 hijacking conspiracy. Long desired. 3. Abu Ubaidah: Jaish commander, whom Babita wanted to marry.
Abu Ubaidah is said to be the commander and spokesperson of Jaish-e-Mohammed. During interrogation of Rajasthan ATS, Babita told that she came in contact with Abu Ubaidah only through social media. On his insistence he adopted Islam. She wanted to marry him. Was ready to go to Pakistan for this.
However, in the records of security agencies, Abu Ubaidah’s name has not yet appeared in any terrorist attack or conspiracy in India. He is being said to be the mastermind of activating Lady Slipper Cell in Rajasthan.
ATS SP Manish Tripathi said that investigation has revealed that Babita was talking to Pakistani terrorists for 2 years. These shocking names have come to light only after investigation of his Facebook page. Qari Jarar and Yusuf Azhar are prominent names among them. These are also being investigated by our cyber team. Work is also being done on more than 100 other profiles.
The target was to build lady sleeper cell in Rajasthan.
The most shocking thing that has come to light in the investigation so far is that Jaish-e-Mohammed, operated from Pakistan, was busy in preparing Lady Sleeper Cell. His first source was Babita Dhakad of Jaipur.
ATS suspects that like Babita, many other girls were also the target of Jaish.
Terrorist organization Jaish is taking the help of its most trained commanders for brainwashing. Many women commanders have also been appointed in this. These commanders target weak and distressed women. Then they brainwash them and integrate them into the organization. Babita is one of them. There is a fear that Babita could have been used in some major attack in future.
ATS is also believing that this is the first case in Rajasthan, when a Hindu woman was converted into a Muslim by teaching her Kalma online and she was prepared for sleeper sale. Were many other women also targeted along with Babita?
In response to this question, ATS SP Manish Tripathi said that the matter is so sensitive that we immediately sent Babita’s mobile to FSL. We are aware that most of the data on the mobile has been deleted. If FSL is successful in recovering the deleted data, then we hope that we will be able to reach many more sleeper cells like Babita in the country.
What other secrets can be found from mobile?
After recovering the data of Babita’s Facebook Messenger, Rajasthan ATS immediately took the help of NIA. Investigation revealed that Babita used to chat with three people on Facebook Messenger. In this, there was an account named Uzma Jaan, one was Quran Let and the third one was Abu Suleman.
Babita was using two WhatsApp apps on her mobile. She was also running a business on WhatsApp. Missed calls from four Pakistani numbers were received in Business WhatsApp. One number was saved in the name of Shaheen Afridi. One number was operating from Afghanistan, which was saved in the name of Hunter 313. Along with normal chatting like hi-hello, exchange of many anti-national videos has been confirmed on these numbers.
Babita’s father’s house in Vatika, Jaipur. She was living in this house due to the divorce case from her husband.

Babita Dhakad was living with her father and brother in Balaji Vihar, Vatika Jaipur. Babita’s marriage took place in Hindaun City (Karauli). A divorce case is going on due to differences with her husband. Since the year 2018, the case of maintenance is pending in the ACJM Court of Gangapur City and the case of dowry harassment under Section 498-A in the JM First Court. The family is originally from Bamori village of Nadauti tehsil of Karauli district.
After Babita’s remand ended, she was presented in the court on Saturday.
On June 19, Babita was arrested from her home. He was produced in the court on June 20 and taken on remand for 7 days. After the remand ended on June 27, he was produced again in the court. The court has ordered to keep Babita Dhakad in judicial custody.
