Samsung Chairman Lee Jae-yong on Monday took a selfie with South Korea President Lee, PM Modi using a India-Made Galaxy Z Flip7.
On the 20th, Samsung Electronics’ Newsroom Instagram posted the photo featuring Chairman Lee, President Lee Jae Myung, and Prime Minister Modi. The photo was during a luncheon hosted by Modi at Hyderabad House, India’s official guest house for visiting foreign leaders.
Samsung explained, “The photo was taken with the Galaxy Z Flip7, produced at Samsung’s Noida factory in India.”
Samsung Electronics also shared the photo on Instagram and stated that it has been producing mobile phones in Noida since 1996, and that both flagship and budget models are manufactured at the facility.
The Noida factory is one of the world’s largest smartphone manufacturing plants.
According to Yonhap, President Lee has been on a three-day state visit to India since Sunday, accompanied by the heads of major conglomerates, including Samsung Electronics, Hyundai Motor Company and LG Electronics.
