Pakistan will host the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Turkey on Sunday and Monday, where the regional situation will be discussed in detail. According to the Foreign Office, this visit is taking place on the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar. During this time, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr AbdelAtty will reach Islamabad.
In this meeting, there will be in-depth discussion on measures to reduce tension in West Asia, especially amid the ongoing war in Iran. According to the report of Geo News, this important meeting was earlier to be held in Türkiye. Dar said, ‘This meeting was scheduled to be held in Türkiye, but due to my busy schedule, I requested my brothers to meet in Islamabad tomorrow (Sunday) instead.’ He insisted that Pakistan Is working with ‘full honesty and seriousness’ to resolve disputes.

Foreign Office spokesperson Tahir Andrabi said Pakistan is ‘actively and constructively’ engaging with regional and international countries to end the Iran war peacefully.
