Within a few days of its release, Bollywood’s famous spy thriller Dhurandhar 2 is receiving great responses from top personalities of the film industry. One of the biggest reactions so far has come from South’s superhit director S.S. From Rajamouli.
Rajamouli tweeted, “I loved Dhurandhar‑1, but The Revenge takes it to greater heights. The writing, casting, technical work, music and direction are excellent. Making a four-hour film and making even more dangerous decisions, this film keeps the audience engaged till the last frame.”
He also praised the story and courage of director Aditya Dhar.
Ranveer Singh’s performance described as ‘masterclass’
Rajamouli especially highlighted Ranveer Singh’s acting and said that the sequence with the sister in the shed was a ‘masterclass’. He also said that Ranveer has presented the emotional depth well in the film.
Apart from this, Rajamouli also praised R Madhavan’s acting, saying that he has depicted the national sentiment and emotional tension very effectively.
Great start at the box office
‘Dhurandhar 2 is released on March 19. The film has collected more than Rs 200 crore including paid previews and earnings till the second day. According to media reports, it has become one of the fastest growing Hindi films till date.
