रानी मुखर्जी की ‘मर्दानी 3’ का ट्रेलर रिलीज: इस बार फीमेल विलेन ‘अम्मा’ से होगा एक्ट्रेस का सामना, 30 जनवरी को रिलीज होगी फिल्म

Yash Raj Films has released the trailer of the much awaited Rani Mukerji starrer film ‘Mardaani 3’. It is the new chapter in India’s blockbuster female-led franchise. ‘Mardaani’ is the biggest solo female-led franchise of Hindi cinema, which has been receiving immense love from the audience and critical appreciation for the last decade.

The franchise has achieved cult status among cinephiles and remains India’s only successful female police officer-based cinematic universe.

‘Mardaani 3’ once again sees Rani Mukherjee playing the character of fearless and steadfast police officer Shivani Shivaji Roy, who is engaged in the mission to save many missing girls of the country.

This time Shivani will be faced with a ruthless, powerful and vicious female villain, against whom she will be seen fighting a violent and merciless battle for the innocent lives.

This time actress Mallika Prasad is playing the role of villain. ‘Shaitan’ fame Janaki Bodywala is also joining the franchise in an important role through ‘Mardaani 3’. The story of the film has been written by writer Ayush Gupta, who has written series like ‘The Railway Man’.

Directed by Abhiraj Minawala and produced by Aditya Chopra, ‘Mardaani 3’ continues the franchise’s tradition of powerful cinema based on social concerns.

While ‘Mardaani’ had exposed the horrific truths of human trafficking, ‘Mardaani 2’ showed the mindset of a psychopath serial rapist challenging the system.

‘Mardaani 3’ further cements the legacy of impactful and issue-based storytelling, delving into another dark and brutal reality of society. ‘Mardaani 3’ is going to be released in theaters worldwide on January 30, 2026.
