John’s father is Malayali and mother is Iranian.

John belongs to a mixed family. His father Abraham John is a Malayali Syrian Christian from Kerala and his mother is an Iranian from Gujarat. John’s Parsi name is Farhan Abraham. He did his schooling from Bombay Scottish School in Mumbai where Hrithik Roshan, Uday Chopra and Abhishek Bachchan also studied with him. Even today John has a great bonding with all three. After completing his schooling, John graduated from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. After this he did MBA.
