What started as a verbal spat between two groups of IRCTC employees soon turned into a violent clash after some, still in uniform, turned on each other while stunned passengers looked on. A complete chaos soon erupted with a flurry of kicks, slaps, and punches. A video of the incident, going viral, captures the entire incident.

It shows one man taking off his belt and swinging it at a co-worker, while others retaliated with bare hands, escalating the scuffle further. In the background, passengers can be seen backing away from the chaos — some recording the incident on their phones, while others stood frozen in disbelief as the brawl grew more violent.
