Pakistan sent minerals to America, offered port

Pakistan had sent a small consignment of rare earth materials to America two weeks ago. These minerals were sent last month under a $500 million deal with American company US Strategic Metals (USSM).

Apart from this, advisors of Pakistani Army Chief Asim Munir have shared a proposal to America to develop a port in Balochistan.

According to Reuters News Agency, Pakistan wants American investors to develop and run a new port on the banks of the Arabian Sea in Pasni city of Balochistan.

It is clearly stated in the proposal that this port is only for trade and minerals. America will not be allowed to build a military base here. Pasni is just 112 km away from Gwadar Port (China port).
