HCLTech Announces Q2 Earnings
HCLTech Q2FY26 Results: HCLTech’s total workforce stood at 226,640 employees as of the September quarter, marking a net addition of 3,489 during the period. The company onboarded 5,196 freshers in the quarter. Its last twelve months (LTM) attrition rate eased to 12.6%, compared to 12.9% in the same quarter last year.
HCLTech Interim Dividend 2025
The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 12/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26.
The Record date for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend will be October 17, 2025, and the payment date of the said interim dividend will be October 28, 2025.
HCLTech Q2 Earnings
HCL Technology Limited on Monday reported that its total income jumped 10.36 per cent to Rs 32,357 crore in the second quarter of the financial year 2025-26, against Rs 29,318 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. The profit for the quarter ended September 2025 stood flat at Rs 4,236 crore, against Rs 4,237 crore in Q2FY25.
EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) stood at Rs 6,593 crore, compared to Rs 6,035 crore in the June quarter, reflecting a margin of around 20.6%. The improvement was driven by lower subcontracting costs and higher utilization rates.
EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes) came in at Rs 5,550 crore, up from Rs 4,942 crore in the previous quarter. The EBIT margin expanded 60 basis points sequentially to 17.4%, indicating operational efficiency gains despite wage hikes and higher travel costs.
Among segments, IT and Business Services contributed Rs 23,693 crore in revenue, Engineering and R&D Services Rs 5,423 crore, and HCL Software Rs 2,826 crore. Engineering services continued to be the fastest-growing vertical.
