A youth from Ludhiana, Punjab has gone missing in Russia. 21 year old Samarjeet Singh had gone there in July to pursue his career. He last spoke to his family on video call on September 8. Samarjeet said on the call- “I am fine, dad take care of yourself and mom.” after saying so much

After this, father Charanjeet kept calling repeatedly, but could not be contacted. It is later revealed that Samarjeet was forcibly recruited into the Russian army and now there is no trace of him. The family is in tension due to this. Mother is in bad condition due to crying.
He demanded the central government to bring back his son. The father had taken a loan of Rs 7 lakh and sent him to Russia. Samarjit did diploma in X-ray technician Father Charanjeet told that Samarjeet had passed class 12th in 2020. After that he did diploma in X-ray technician. He was working here after completing his diploma. Suddenly he insisted on going out. He took a loan of Rs 7 lakh to send him to Russia.
Went to Russia from Ludhiana on 16th July Father Charanjeet told that on July 16, Samarjeet left from Ludhiana to go to Russia. After that he reached Russia. After staying there for a few days, he was told that he would have to do a 3-month course to learn Russian language. He started that course and said that he would get a job after completing the course. He told that he was very happy.
In the middle of the course he got a job and started training Charanjeet Singh told that when Samarjeet was doing the course, in the middle he told that he has got a job and now his training has started. We kept talking to him even during training. But due to lack of network, we could not talk much. He did tell that he wanted to work with a doctor.

The call of September 8 shook the family Charanjit Singh told that on September 8, he called Samarjit Singh at 6 o’clock. In this video call of about 22 seconds, only six to seven seconds were talked about. After saying Sat Shri Akal, he said, Papa, I am fine, take care of yourself and mom. As soon as he said this his call got disconnected. He told that he was not clearly visible even in the video call. That last call on September 8 shook everyone.
