Indian diplomat Petal Gehlot on Saturday criticized the comments of Pakistani PM Shahbaz Sharif on Kashmir and Indus Water Treaty.
India on Saturday accused Pakistan of promoting terrorism and lying. Indian diplomat Petal Gehlot said in the United Nations (UN), “The PM of Pakistan did absurd plays. They promote terrorism, which is part of their foreign policy. No drama or lie can hide the truth.”
Gehlot dismissed the claims of Sharif’s May struggle. He said, “Pakistan was threatening to attack India by 9 May. But on May 10, the Indian Army destroyed many airports in Pakistan. After this, Pakistan pleaded to stop the war. If the burnt airports are victory, Pakistan should celebrate it.”
Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Friday claimed India as an enemy in the UN, claiming that Pakistan had won in the struggle with India. He said that Pakistan had dropped 7 aircraft of India during the struggle.
Third party is not needed between India and Pakistan
Gehlot said, “All issues between India and Pakistan will be solved by bilateral talks. There is no need for any third party.”
Questioning the claims of peace of Pakistan, he said that his country is immersed in hatred. India made it clear that it would adopt a policy of zero tolerance against terrorism.
Gehlot said- Pakistan respects terrorists
Gehlot referred to the terrorists killed in Bahawalpur and Muridka of Pakistan in Operation Sindoor and also accused of paying tribute and honor to the notorious terrorists.
Gehlot further said, “A picture tells a thousand words and we saw many pictures of terrorists killed in Bahawalpur and Murid terrorist premises during Operation Sindoor. When Pakistani military and officials openly pay tribute to the terrorists, will it not doubt the government?”

People of Pakistani soldiers attended the Namaz-e-Janaja of terrorists in Lashkar terrorist hideout Muridke. The photo operation is done during vermilion.

The core commanders were asked to join the funeral and protect it in uniform.
Pakistan should close terrorist camps
Gehlot stressed, “The truth is that like the past, Pakistan is responsible for the terrorist attack on innocent citizens in India. We have exercised the right to protect and respond to our people and have put criminals in the dock of justice.” He demanded that Pakistan immediately shut down all the terrorist camps and hand over to the terrorists. He warned that India would hold both terrorists and their sponsors accountable without bowing in front of ‘nuclear blackmail’.
Pakistan hidden Osama bin Laden for ten years
Gehlot said that in April this year, Pakistan rescued a terrorist organization in the United Nations Security Council. He said, “This is the same Pakistan that rescued the Resistance Front in the United Nations Security Council on 25 April 2025. The organization was responsible for the killing of tourists in Jammu and Kashmir.”
He further said, “Pakistan hidden Osama bin Laden for ten years. His ministers are now admitting that they have been running terrorist camps for decades.”

Pakistani PM Kashmir raised the issue again
Pakistan’s PM Sharif raised the issue of Kashmir like every year. He said, “I am with Kashmiri people. Pakistan is with them. India’s atrocities in Kashmir will end soon.”
Sharif demanded a referendum for Kashmir under the United Nations. He claimed that Pakistan condemns terrorism and gets foreign support to groups such as Tehreek-e-Taliban and Balochistan Liberation Army. India dismissed these comments, saying that Pakistan promotes terrorism across the border.
Said in UN- Radical Hindutva threat to the world
Shahbaz said that he had appealed for a fair international inquiry into the Pahalgam attack, but India rejected the proposal and took political advantage of that tragedy. India’s radical Hindutva is a serious threat to the world.
Sharif said that he had warned from the UN platform last year that Pakistan was not going to bear any external attack. He said that his warning proved to be true. In May this year, Pakistan was attacked without provocation. Read full news …
