Indian Army chief General Upendra Dwivedi on Friday appreciated the role of the Indian Army in the release program of ‘Operation Sindoor: Before and Beyond’ and said that the army gave excellent response during Operation Sindoor. Regarding Operation Sindoor, the Army Chief said that it was a “untold story”. He said, “And as you know, when the list came from the other side that how many were being given posthumous awards, I can say that most of its credit goes to the line of control.” This was a recent indication to the reports that a group of Pakistani soldiers had to be posthumously awarded.
