Driver Ramniwas Kushwaha could not show the required documents, after which the team took samples and destroyed 7 thousand liters of milk worth Rs 1.75 lakh by spilling it on the ground.
Apart from this, the team took action in Nathupur of Fatehabad tehsil and destroyed 145 kg of khoya worth Rs 29 thousand and seized 52 kg of vegetable adulterated material from the spot.

16 samples of sweets and milk were sent to the lab
To ensure purity during the festival, the food safety department has collected a total of 16 samples including sweets, milk, curd, paneer, ghee and khoya from various places. All these samples have been sent to the laboratory for detailed examination. Officials say that after the lab report comes, further legal action will be taken against the culprits.
