This week, 5 IPOs are opening in the market from 11th to 14th November. Of these, 3 are on the mainboard and 2 are SME IPOs. From these, the companies are preparing to raise a total of more than ₹ 10,000 crore.

Physicswala IPO: Company to raise ₹3,480 crore Physicswala, a company that provides online and offline coaching to students, will have its IPO on November 11. This is an issue of Rs 3,480 crore, in which shares will be available in the band of Rs 103-109. Bidding will remain open till November 13. Retail investors can start investing with a minimum of ₹14,933.
The shares will be listed on BSE-NSE on 18th November. With the money raised, the company will increase tech infrastructure, open new centers and make acquisitions (buying other companies).

Is a subsidiary of, will open IPO on 12-14 November. This is an offer for sale worth Rs 3,600 crore. Shares will be available in the band of Rs 378-397. Retail investors can start investing with a minimum of ₹14,689. The company manufactures emission control (smog-reducing parts) and powertrain solutions for passenger and commercial vehicles.

MV Photovoltaic Power IPO: Solar panel maker, to raise Rs 2,900 crore The IPO of MV Photovoltaic Power, a company working in the energy sector, will open from 11 to 13 November. This is an issue of Rs 2,900 crore. The price band of the share has been fixed at Rs 206-217. Retail investors can start investing with a minimum of ₹14,973.
The company makes solar panels, and will increase production with the money. Its shares will be listed on BSE-NSE on 8 November.

- Mahamaya Lifesciences, which makes specialty medicines, will launch an IPO of Rs 70.44 crore on November 11-13. Shares will be available in the band of Rs 108-114.
- Workmates Core2Cloud Solutions, which provides cloud services, cyber security and data management, will have an IPO of Rs 69.84 crore. Shares will be available in the price band of Rs 200-204.
